Front of House Assistants

(1 x Part Time –16-30 hours per week – including weekends)

We are looking for 2 x Front of House Assistants who have a passion and flair for the restaurant and catering industry. This is a very hands-on role and as such you will need to be proactive, highly motivated, organised and results driven with good communication skills. You will be working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a similar role in a similar environment is an advantage. A good working knowledge of till systems is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.

Duties include:

• Waiting tables

• Taking customer orders

• Serving food

• Making hot drinks

• Till operation

• Clearing and cleaning duties

• Adhering to company policies

Skills required:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Professional and reliable

• Remain calm under pressure
